Pets

Residents are permitted to keep pets, subject to certain rules. If a pet owner fails to follow these rules, the pet can be deemed by the Board to be a nuisance and ordered to be permanently removed from the property. If you have a pet, it is important that you familiarize yourself with these rules and follow them. These rules include:

There are limits on the type and number of pets you are permitted.
Attack dogs in particular are not permitted.
You must keep your pet under personal supervision and have it under control by leash or in a carrier when entering and exiting the property.
You must ensure you pet does not make a mess in the common areas, and you must clean up after your pet.
You must ensure that your pet does not make noises that disturb neighbours.
Pets are not allows in certain common areas, including the pool and the gym areas.
